Navigation Towards Meaningful Work Program

The Breakwell Institute works with groups of young people who are participating in activities of our sister organisation, the Training Institute. These young people have been participating in the children class program, the junior youth spiritual empowerment program or in study circles. The Training Institute has at its heart capacity building. For more than 15 years the Training Institute has been learning about assisting young people in Utrecht to develop a deep love for learning, a rich power of expression, a strong conceptual framework and spiritual perception. Additionally, the Training Institute has been learning about releasing the powers of young people through assisting them to develop knowledge, attitudes and skills that will assist them in both developing their skills as well as preparing them for meaningful work. The Breakwell Institute is partnering with the Training Institute to provide additional support and assistance these young people in making well informed decisions regarding their educational opportunities, strengthening their literacy skills and identifying well-suited areas of work open to them.
